**About the role**:
The Order Desk Clerk is responsible primarily for day-to-day interfacing with customers for their order placement. It will require the clerk to coordinate with operations personnel to ensure that customer requests are delivered in line with Rolling Mix’s service and quality standards.

Clear communication with logistic coordinator will be required so we can deliver a high-level, on-time delivery to our customers. The Clerk also supports administrative activities around the billing and invoicing of materials once delivered.

The role is considered an opportunity to learn the full spectrum of Rolling Mix’s service offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for order taking / fulfillment process for delivery
- Fulfill and exceed customer expectations in compliance with policies, practices and procedures including safety standards
- Timely response to customer complaints with appropriate follow-up, including escalation as required
- Maintains a high level of quality on all phone and digital conversations
- Knowledgeable of services, products and methods of delivery
- Possess a flexible schedule; requires an individual to work different shifts as well as take calls after hours when required
- Creates and maintains monthly reports as required
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to customers
- Participate in value selling per instructions and as appropriate
- Provide support to Sales and the Credit team with customer accounts; understand which accounts require closer monitoring
- Ensure proper documentation is kept for transactions that will stand up to the scrutiny of auditory requirements
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite of products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship-building (external customers and internal personnel)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
