Customer Service Representative/order Desk

Centura Western is recruiting for a Customer Service / Order Desk Representative for our Calgary location.
An Order Desk Clerk/Customer Service Representative is a professional who is responsible for managing incoming orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. They process customer orders, track inventory, and communicate with other departments to ensure timely delivery. They have excellent communication and organizational skills and are essential to the smooth operations of any business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer as required.
- Review and verify all order information for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and process orders into computer system in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies with customers and/or sales representatives
- Ensure that orders are fulfilled and shipped to customers on schedule
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping information
- Review and process RMAs for customer returns.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all orders and related documentation
- Assist with inventory management and tracking of stock levels to ensure availability for customer orders
- Assist in Showroom when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software to enter and track orders accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- 3 years pervious customer service experience, order desk, parts counter or call center experience is an asset
- Previous experience with Prophet 21 (P21) is an advantage.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and delivery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required

Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
