Madorin, Snyder LLP is a full service law firm based in Kitchener, Ontario and serving clients throughout Ontario. Over the last 60 years we have maintained our reputation as specialists in a number of areas of the law, including real estate, corporate commercial and estates.

We require an individual with a general background and experience in Corporate, Wills and Estates to join a busy practice.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Registering, amending, renewing and cancelling business names and partnerships together with preparation of documents to authorize same;
- Preparation of documents for incorporations, amendments, dissolutions, amalgamations, and corporate reorganizations;
- Minute Book administration;
- Preparing and drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney;
- Preparation of Estate Information Returns;
- Liaises with executors for particulars of deceased and assets of estates;
- Attends to filings;
- Asset and Share sale/purchase transactions;
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience;
- Strong computer knowledge in the following programs: Office365, Fast Company, Estate-a-Base, Unity, PPSA registration systems, and PC Law;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients, lawyers and staff;
- Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment occasionally under tight timelines;
- Must be organized, and meticulous with attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Possess a strong aptitude for working with numbers;
- Successful Completion of a related post-secondary education program is required;
- Experience in real estate transactions would be an asset.
