W SkinCare Vancouver seeks energetic and organized Receptionist for upscale anti-aging skincare clinic in landmark South Granville location.

**DO NOT APPLY if you cannot commit to the following schedule**:
**Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 10-5:00pm**

**Thursday | 12-7:00pm**

**Saturday (2x per month) | 10-4:30**
- digital appointment software management;
- product orders and inventory management (retail and treatment);
- file and maintain all clerical i.e. medical charts, intake forms, technician schedules;
- facilitate all POS (point-of-sale) transactions for client services and retail;
- maintain clinic space i.e. clean, order, maintain common areas as needed.

S/he will also be required to:

- maintain a keen attention to detail and absolute strict adherence to patient confidentiality;
- bring punctuality, finesse, and flair to a functional and fun environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding interpersonal communication, organization and customer service orientation from a medical, salon, or spa environment (preferred but not essential).

Outgoing, well groomed, and engaging personality.

Clear, concise, and courteous English mandatory.

Computer savvy (Microsoft Office & Skype) mandatory.

Interest in skincare regimens and the latest beauty trends a definite asset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
