**Part-Time Physio Clinic Receptionist**

**Northwest Rehab Group (Vancouver, BC)**

Northwest Rehab Group is looking for a **part-time clinic receptionist** to join our friendly, collaborative healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone interested in a career in healthcare/physiotherapy/chiropractic, etc. or who enjoys providing excellent patient care and customer service. **Undergraduate and postgraduate students are welcome to apply.**

We are a busy multidisciplinary clinic offering **physiotherapy, chiropractic, and registered massage therapy**, located at **Main Street & 12th Avenue in Vancouver**. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment.
- Friendly, professional, and confident in customer service and communication
- A strong team player who enjoys interacting with patients and staff
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Apple products (iMac, iPad, etc.)
- Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Efficient with time management and task completion

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
- Booking and managing appointments
- Processing payments and billing private insurance companies
- Maintaining accurate patient records and filing
- Light clinic cleaning and organization
- Folding massage sheets and towels
- Monitoring and restocking clinic supplies

**Schedule & Availability**
- **Part-time position**:

- **Shifts: Wednesdays and Saturdays**:

- **5-hour shifts (minimum 2 shifts per week)**:

- Clinic hours**:9:00 AM - 7:00 PM**
