**Construction Estimator**

At TACS Construction Ltd., we are looking to add someone like you to our project management desk.

You are a hard worker, able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy when a constructive attitude is often appreciated because in our small team positive culture and collaboration make our company strong and successful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Under direct supervision of the Project Manager, will assist in estimation, planning, developing and implementing construction projects.
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Keep up with projects implementation in order to timely adjust unexpected expenses.
- Calculate and measure a performed work by the end of months and provide to Project Manager
- Currently enrolled or recently completed a program of Construction Estimator in an accredited College or University.
- Solid working knowledge and skills to navigate the internet/intranet environment, including shared drives.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and willingness to continuously develop technology skills
- Well organized with the competence to prioritize, execute tasks, and manage many tasks at once
- Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively across all levels of the organization’s diverse workforce.

**Salary**: $65,420.76-$102,310.83 per year

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
