Toronto, Canada Vidan Roofing & Contracting Inc. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the bid process to obtain successful projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives by daily review of construction bid sites.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and other parties.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to stay ahead in the market.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Skills:
Strong communication skills to effectively deal with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of construction industry (roofing, concrete work, restoration etc) as it relates to estimating costs of projects.
- Excellent project management skills to successfully execute projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Demonstrated ability in construction bid process to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
