As we embark on exciting ventures and continue to expand our reach, we need a talented individual who can oversee projects with precision and ensure their successful execution from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead and coordinate projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth operations.Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and other relevant records.Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting accountability and excellence.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience in project management and estimation, preferably in the steel or construction industry.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.PMP or similar certification is a plus.Why Join UsAt AGS Steel, we value talent, integrity, and innovation.
