**Technical Support Manager - Lead, Innovate, and Drive Growth**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Mechanical/Electrical Technologist or Technician background (C.E.T. preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical or technician experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with Syspro is a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot and understand hydraulic/electrical systems
- Bonus points for experience in PLC, HMI programming, and hydraulic/electrical design

**What You'll Do**:

- As the Technical Support Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind creating and maintaining an exceptional customer support experience. You’ll lead a skilled team to support customers through:

- Managing the Customer Support department, troubleshooting, and ensuring issue resolution
- Investigating mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system concerns
- Coordinating across departments to deliver top-tier technical support
- Overseeing in-field service technicians and calibration operations
- Administering warranty processes and resolving claims
- Reporting on technical trends, recurring issues, and customer feedback
