YOUR CHALLENGES
Responsible for growing the region’s consulting service offering by executing strategic plans and overseeing operational and business development initiatives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in developing the vision and the strategic plan for consulting services;
- Execute the regional strategic plans (operational) for the consulting services;
- Direct and oversee the coordination and execution of all major projects (and act as a Project Manager when required);
- Responsible for the standardization of the different service offerings;
- Act as a lead in developing SPI’s 360 offer;
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors;
- Oversee sales, delivery, and invoicing of services-based offerings;
- Attract, build, and develop a team of experts to drive innovation and foster collaboration;
- Coach, lead, and inspire staff to achieve personal and corporate goals;
- Responsible for the development of the regional budgets and accountable for financial results;
- Forecast, report on, and achieve budgetary targets and business unit objectives;
- Oversee compliance with external regulations, licensing, permitting and laws;
- Oversee business development activities, including trade shows, presentations, sales initiatives, client meetings, site visits, and proposals;
- Oversee customer service activities, including cases, leads, and quotes.
YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Net Promoter Score (NPS);
- Completion of projects according to client specifications (budget & time rate);
- Labor Efficiency Ratio (LER);
- Sales, GM & EBITDA objectives;
- Employee Turnover (retention).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- University BA/BS degree or equivalent;
- 7+ years of experience in management or 3+ years in a similar position;
- Experience in project management;
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite and virtual conferencing;
- Experience with an ERP & CRM;
- Experience in sales, operations, and finance;
- Experience in the field of health and safety.
