Direct Report: General Manager of Property Management

The Property Management Administrator will assist the Property Managers with the administration and communication aspects of all our managed properties. Working together with owners, tenants, outside trades and service providers to maintain the properties to a high standard.
Duties include:
- Answering phones
- Maintaining all files relating to the properties
- Data entry
- Creating and working with forms and processes for more efficient workflow
- Following up with owners and tenants and relaying accurate information to property managers
- General meetings (Schedule venue, package preparation, notifying owners, etc.), meeting minutes
- Preparing condominium sale documentation
- Assist in contacting vendors to obtain quotes on various maintenance items if required
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Receive owner/tenant payments and provide receipt as required
- Petty cash management including summarizing expenses, reimbursements, claims, disbursements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Yardi software is considered an asset

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
