Kotn is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Kotn Supply team. Reporting to the Accounts Director, you will play a crucial role in owning sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.

What you’ll be working on:
**Sales & Business Development (50%)**
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying them and addressing inquiries related to Kotn Supply’s catalog and ordering process
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive interest and conversion
- Handle daily sales duties, including creating client profiles on all relevant platforms, creating estimates, sending sales orders to clients for approval, and updating client changes as needed
- Produce mockups for clients as needed
- Support the Senior Account Manager with large-scale custom projects
- Opportunity to create and execute lead generation strategies

**Administration (20%)**
- Develop a project tracker as a department-wide resource for monitoring project statuses and update it regularly
- Reserve inventory for clients as deals progress
- Process sample orders as needed

**Logistics (20%)**
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and proactively collaborate with the Merchandising & Planning team to fill stock gaps
- Confirm production timelines with internal and external stakeholders including the Supply Chain team, third party vendors, and decorators
- Work with the Logistics team to ensure timely project delivery

**Reporting (10%)**
- Maintain pipeline figures and, together with Account Managers, compile and present business reports to leadership on a weekly basis
