**Job purpose**

The CRM Coordinator role (12 month contract) supports and contributes to the delivery of profitable, long-term customer relationships that increase our customer lifetime value and provide incremental sales across the Shiseido brand portfolio, Clé de Peau Beauté, NARS, Drunk Elephant & Designer Fragrances.

This role is responsible for the coordination of customer-centric marketing programs across all channels including brick and mortar, e-commerce, e-retail and paid media.

**Key Tasks**:
**Customer Relationship Management - Acquisition & Customer Experience**
- Creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support CRM campaign execution including developing, testing, and optimizing omnichannel marketing communications to deliver customer retention and brand loyalty
- Creation of marketing briefs for CRM asset development
- Creation of social trafficking sheets to support the execution of lead generation campaigns, contributing to overall data acquisition goals
- Collaboration with CRM agency to ensure successful campaign deployments
- Editing of creative assets in Photoshop as required; upload and maintenance of asset library for agency partner usage _(Prior Photoshop experience required)_
- Trafficking copy for French translation for various campaigns
- Tier 2 customer care support as required

**Reporting**
- Maintain monthly CRM campaign reports by brand.

- Representing the brand image and upholding the brand values and standards in corporate and public settings
- Communicating the Shiseido story and corporate culture
- Positive and cooperative attitude to be proactive, reactive and creative problem-solving abilities to evolve with market conditions

**Qualifications**
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills along
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- An eagerness to work in a data-focused role
- Genuine passion for beauty and openness to new ideas
