**Customer Service/Sales Coordinator/Junior Estimator (on-site in Brantford)**

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will function as the primary liaison to our dealer network, building great relationships through daily communication. Using your strong communication and problem-solving skills, you will collaborate with both internal and external personnel to estimate, enter, and maintain customer orders.

**What will YOU be doing as a Customer Service/Sales Coordinator/Junior Estimator**
- Enter and revise orders; enter Corrective Preventative Actions (CPA) when necessary.
- Estimate and price custom items; interpret design drawings.
- Communicate with both internal and external personnel including Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Project Managers, Estimators, External Sales, End Users, Architects, and others; provide shipping, design and engineering information obtained from those departments to our dealer network when requested to do so.
- Assist the Vice President, Sales & Marketing or President with additional projects as required; provide backup to Marketing when needed.
- Participate in on and off-site dealer training and/or trade shows.

**What YOU bring to the table**
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- The ability to read blueprints and data sheets with a keen attention to detail.
- Intermediate math and computer skills, including MS Office.
- A strong customer service orientation in a fast-paced environment.
- A “can-do” attitude with the ability to learn quickly and grow.
