**Your Role**:
A Member Services Representative (MSR) is responsible for providing exceptional member and guest experience, ensuring facility cleanliness, and achieving sales targets.

**Job Summary**:
- Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club.- Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN- Always maintain a positive and professional disposition.- Ensure all secure check in procedures are always implemented.
- Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
