**THE ROLE**
The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) is a unique national military university that provides the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) with exemplary officers to serve Canada.
The Varsity Coordinator coordinates and performs logístical functions to support the operation of the college varsity program. You will monitor, evaluate and recommend improvements and/or corrective action to the varsity program and act as a technical advisor for home varsity hosting. You will also coordinate logístical activities such as travel, claims, accommodations, invoice payments and reconciliation. You will assist with the coordination of practices, special events and intercollegiate programming.
**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**
College diploma or certificate in Sports Administration, or a related field AND some years of experience in Sports Administration
**Experience**
In organizing and coordinating sports programs, events and tournaments
In budget administration
In resource management
In personnel administration
**Competencies**
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
English Essential, Bilingual (English and French) an asset
Reading: Advanced
Writing: Functional
Oral: Advanced
