**LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY: FULL-TIME FLAGGERS/TCPs NEEDED**

**Job Title: Flagger/Traffic Control Person (TCP)**

**Job Overview**:
We're seeking _experienced_, _safety-conscious, driven _TCPs that have worked with **Flagging Companies** to join our team. Priority given to Road Paving experience.

**Duties**
- Direct traffic flow around construction sites using appropriate hand signals and signage.
- Ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians by monitoring traffic patterns.
- Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to prevent accidents.
- Set up and dismantle traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barriers.
- Assist in paving operations by coordinating with heavy equipment operators.
- Maintain a clear understanding of site plans and safety protocols.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.

**Requirements**:

- **8 months experience** as a Flagger/TCP
- Experience In Road Paving is given a priority.
- **Must have a vehicle**as you will dispatched throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Strong verbal, written and oral communication skills and with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

- TCP: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
