**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Direct and manage traffic flow around construction zones, ensuring safety for both workers and motorists.
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barriers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the public to provide clear instructions and updates.
- Monitor site conditions to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate safety measures.
- Collaborate with heavy equipment operators to coordinate movements of machinery in a safe manner.
- Assist in building and paving operations as needed, contributing to overall project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in traffic control or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively relay information to team members and the public.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing traffic flow in busy environments.
- Must be physically fit, capable of standing for long periods, and performing manual labor as required.
- A valid TCP certificate.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job location.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Driver's License (required)
