**Duties**:
- Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures
- Perform preliminary tests such as history, visual acuity, color vision, depth perception, and various imaging studies. ** Only for CCOAs

- Handle optical duties including frame selection, adjustments, and lens measurements
- Support retail sales by educating patients on eyewear options and assisting with purchases
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly MVE, is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to optometry
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to patient care
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in optical or retail sales is beneficial
