As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
- Assist with the organization and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
