**Summary**
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn. Located in Canada, this role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, ensuring prompt responses to calls.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and **OPERA PMS** in a hotel setting is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$26.76 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
