**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for multiple residential projects, crews
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to confirm availability and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to address delays, weather impacts, or changes in scope.
- Track completion of tasks/scopes and ensure inspections are booked and passed
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records of schedule changes and communicate impacts to leadership.
- Support management in forecasting timelines.
- Uphold safety, quality, and company standards throughout the scheduling process.

**Skills**
- Experience in residential construction scheduling, coordination, or project management.
- Strong understanding of the homebuilding process.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., SupplyPro, Procore etc).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Alberta One Call processes and permit processes is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $31.25-$38.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
