We are seeking an experienced flooring salesperson to join our in-store retail team. As a sales representative at Sierra Flooring, you must excel at customer service and customer qualifying. Organization, attention to detail, product and installation knowledge are key to achieving sales success.
Required - Technical
- Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook
- Must maintain a high level of product knowledge among all flooring scopes
- Skilled with reading blueprints, measuring and compiling precise flooring take-offs
- Familiar with Basic computer systems, file structures and operations
Required - Non-Technical
- Previous sales experience in flooring (2 years minimum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Organizational Skills and Keen Attention to Detail
- Self Motivated, driven to build a network of repeat and referral business
- Learn and follow proprietary software programs and processes
- Collect necessary deposits and final payments from clients as per payment schedule set out in company terms
- Able to coordinate and execute own site measures, visit sites and ensure preparedness and follow up post install to ensure client satisfaction.
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Contribute to a positive work culture
- Must Be Available to work Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 and occasional Saturdays 9:30-5:00
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
