NovaStyle Flooring is a new name in the city with old school values.
We are seeking Sales Representative to join our team at NovaStyle Flooring.
You will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers. Your main duties will include:
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Collaborating with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries
- Conducting outside sales visits to meet with clients and promote products or services
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: $33,911.60-$103,486.44 per year
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB T5M 3W7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
