**As our new Assistant Director of Wellness - Retirement you will**:

- Provide oversight and support leadership for the clinical services of Retirement.
- Lead assigned clinical programs including tracking and analyzing trends, leading education, and managing quality improvement of the program.
- Act as the Wellness Coordinator in his or her absence which includes directing all aspects of the nursing and clinical department.
- Be in good standings with the CNO and hold a valid RPN license.
- Have specific Neighbourhood oversight and/or clear expectations which include HCA, Service Plans, Move In, Re-Admission assessments, clinical follow up and support for assigned Neighbourhood team(s).
- Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of service to our residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective support.

**It would be an asset if you have**:

- Geriatric nursing experience.
- Nursing leadership experience.
