**Job Duration: 18 Month Contract / 35 hours a week**

**About the Role**

**What you’ll do**
- Assist with content creation of retirement plan governance reviews
- Provide ongoing support to Account Managers and Consultants
- Assist with projects for retirement team including but not limited to:

- updating and creating templates,
- coordinating translation services,
- tracking and reporting new business opportunities,
- Coordinating carrier quarterly meetings,
- Provide training and update training documents for the team
- Creating communications for clients

**What you Bring**
- 1+ year of work experience in the group insurance industry specifically in group retirement services.
- Experience on Salesforce would be considered an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including business writing skills
- Ability to manage projects and teammates
- Exceptional attention to detail including strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize/manage workload under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously but also able to collaborate well with team
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
