Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Director of Health & Wellness based at Conestoga Lodge in Kitchener, ON. The Director of Health & Wellness will oversee and coordinate the delivery of comprehensive health services to residents, ensuring high-quality care that meets their individual needs. Key responsibilities include managing health service programs, developing wellness strategies, leading health-focused projects, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Maintaining a compassionate and professional approach to addressing residents' wellness is essential to the role.
