**Sales Representative**

Wildwood Outdoor Living and Garden Centre is looking to hire a sales representative for the outdoor living department. The sales representative will oversee sales and service for the Pond equipment, Fountains, Statuary, BBQ sales and Hot Tub sales and service.

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. The representative will focus on driving sales, including creative means to generate leads, call and follow up with those leads to boost market share in the category.

Other duties and responsibilities will include
- Inventory management
- Administration of the sales process from start to finish.
- Arrange delivery and schedule servicing calls
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Use of POS systems
- Product merchandising and maintaining displays and the orderly look of the department.
- Knowledge of pond equipment and Barbeque appliances
- Educate customers in Hot Tub chemistry.
- Perform water tests for hot tubs.
- Help develop marketing strategies to promote sales.

**About You**

Must haves:

- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and **local to the area**
- Ability to work 9-5pm, 5 days a week including weekend availability.
- Excellent communicator and able to build rapport and connect with our customers.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and prides themselves on a job well done
- Enjoys working in a team environment, and able to work independently
- Able to lift 50lbs
