Position: Hot Tub and Pond Equipment Sales Specialist

Location: Saanich

**Job Type**: Part Time (3-4 days per week, or more as needed)

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commission on Hot Tub Sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Excellence:

- Engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Showcase the features and benefits of our hot tubs and pond equipment to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Product Knowledge:

- Stay current on the latest industry trends and product developments related to hot tubs and pond equipment.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual requirements.
- Customer Service:

- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a positive buying experience.
- Showroom Management:

- Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment, ensuring all products are well-presented.
- Collaborate with the team to organize promotional events or product demonstrations to attract potential customers.
- Administrative Duties:

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products in the showroom.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the outdoor living or home improvement industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for outdoor living products, specifically hot tubs and pond equipment.
- Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
