Sales Analyst

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and analyze sales data, including historical trends, pricing, product performance, and promotion effectiveness.
- Create regular sales reports and presentations to provide insights on sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
- Forecast sales performance and track progress against targets.
- Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions to ownership.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
