Leasing Analyst

**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of car sales.
- Activation and termination of lease agreements.
- Credit Card reconciliation.
- GL management.
- Completion of journal and ledger entries.
- Review lease documentation.
- Review lease agreements to ensure profitability.
- Provide financing assistance - ad hoc.
- Maintain lease log of agreements processed in accounting.
- Prepare month end reporting.
- Participate in the annual Year-end Audit.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate in Accounting and/or Bachelor’s in accounting
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV an asset
- Able to present themselves in a professional manner
- Dedication to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both English and French
- Sound computer proficiency and strength with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
