**We're looking for a regional vehicle inspector who**:

**THE POSITION**

**Your tasks**:

- Conduct meticulous and various vehicle inspections (mechanical, functional and test drive) for private.
- Carry out outdoor inspections, regardless of the weather conditions (winter or summer).
- Produce inspection reports
- Call the client to explain him the inspection report
- Help and contribute to improving the inspection process with the whole Kiwiz team.

**Profile required**:

- Mechanic, Workshop Manager or equivalent
- Minimum three years experience in general mechanics
- Willing to work outdoors in all weathers (summer and winter)

**Skills required**:

- Reliability
- Responsiveness
- Thoroughness
- Good communication and writing skills
- Languages spoken: English (written and spoken)
- Automotive skills
- French proficiency is a plus

**General requirements**:

- Valid class 5 driver's license
- 310S certification or CPA card (minimum 3rd year apprentice)

**Terms and conditions**:

- Job type: Part time
- Working days may vary but will be mainly Monday to Friday
- Vehicles that will be inspected are all based in Halifax
- Salary: $80 per inspection
