**Porsche of Halifax** is seeking a **Part-Time Receptionist** to join our team

As a **Part-Time **Receptionist** at **Porsche of Halifax**, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will manage appointments, answer calls and customer questions, and maintain a professional reception area. We seek a friendly, organized individual with excellent communication skills. If you're customer-focused and can handle administrative tasks efficiently, this role is for you.

**_ Hourly Wage Range: $16.00 - $17.35_**

**Applicants must be available to work, Monday to Thursday 4pm-7pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.**

**_ Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements._**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Answering and forwarding telephone calls, always in a professional manner
- Provide information to clients, ensuring they are properly greeted and directed
- Posting daily cash, bank deposits
- Data entry
- General clerical duties
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset but not required
