**Customer Service Representative**

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle dedicated key customer accounts daily.
- Handle all damages from the customers/carriers. Work with Customer Finance Manager to ensure accuracy of investigation.
- Handle all shortages/overages from the customers/carriers. Complete to the credit stage.
- Assist and provide support for all customer service vacations. Vacation back fill.
- Misc administration duties such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

- Excellent planning, negotiation skills and financial management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive and handle conflict
- Effective oral/written communication
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
