What to Expect
- We are looking for a highly motivated, “hands-on” individual to join our manufacturing team to assist with inventory control at our TTA locations. The role includes processing of incoming parts, maintaining inventory control, and kitting of parts using the company ERP system and Inventory Tracking system.

This is an afternoon shift the hours are: Monday through Friday 2:30pm-12:00 AM

What You’ll Do
- Data entry into ERP and Inventory Tracker systems

Load and unload parts onto or from carts/pallets, by hand or using equipment

Sort, verify, label, and repack parts according to procedure

Place and scan parts on to designated project wagons/racking

Kit parts to satisfy orders, including any necessary inventory transactions in ERP system

Maintaining organized stock room

Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory counts

Auditing

Maintain good housekeeping and proper safety practices in work area

Maintain close adherence to warehouse safety standards (e.g., PPE, proper conveyance equipment etiquette, etc.)

What You’ll Bring
- High School or College Education

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to read mechanical part drawings, not required but preferred

Familiarity with inventory control procedures / computer literate

Engages and operates with a high level of integrity and reliability

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to operate, pallet jacks, or dollies as appropriate

Manage multiple tasks with competing demands and deadlines

Flexibility to be assigned additional duties as needed

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

Able to regularly climb and reach

Able to stand or walk for most of the scheduled shift
