**Who we need**

Right now, we are adding an Inventory Specialist to our team in Markham. We need a strong communicator and a roll-up-your-sleeves team player who shares our passion for enriching the lives of the clients we work with. We need a self-directed learner who is results-oriented and driven to complete their deliverables promptly; someone who is genuinely curious about our industry and willing to put in the time and research to learn more. We rely on our warehouse associates and delivery drivers to take ownership and play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly, acting as the liaison between our Sales, Service, and Operations teams

**What you will do**:
**_ Inventory Management_**. Every mobility device we process is custom to our clients, as a result, we rely on our warehouse workers to play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will use Navision to track inventory movement. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels for key equipment, parts, and materials. You will coordinate with vendors to ensure stock levels remain consistent and orders are picked correctly.

**_ Cycle Counts._** Weekly and annual counts are done to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. You will work with Finance and Management to ensure that our inventory records are counted correctly.

**_ Order Processing_**. You liaise with the Service and Sales Coordinators to ensure accuracy of order details and ensure items are staged correctly for delivery.

**_ Process Mobility Devices and Equipment_**. You will act as the gatekeeper for all our inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing as items enter or exit the dock. You will store, organize, and manage our inventory. You will tag, price, store and organize all mobility devices, parts and tools within the warehouse. This may require assisting to build or clean mobility devices such as wheelchairs, elevating equipment and power scooters.

**_ Education and Experience_**. You have a college diploma and, ideally, have 3 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or data analysis.
