**A DAY IN THE LIFE**

As part of the Warehouse Operations Team, The Inventory Control Coordinator position is to ensure that routine movements of supplies inventory are initiated, managed, and reflected in the system efficiently and accurately for all Bayshore business units.

**DUTIES AND RESPONIBILITIES**
- Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly inventory tasks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Investigate, identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure physical and systematic accuracy.
- Demonstrates continuous initiative and provide recommendations for improving processes.
- Review, implement and maintain new locations system to improve accuracy and picking efficiencies.
- Plan and anticipate business needs by recognizing the trends and provide guidance on best practice.
- Verify that production orders and sales orders reflect changes in stock levels correctly
- Lead Root cause analysis activities for inventory discrepancies
- Support training of warehouse staff for Warehouse Management Software and inventory activities
- Actively participate in creating SOPs for the Warehouse Operation Team/s.
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines while performing duties and notify manager of any health & safety concerns.
- Required to be on site 5 days a week at the assigned warehouse location.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education and/or Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, data entry, and coordination of activities
- Working experience in Medical Supply Field and Inventory Management
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and problem solving
- Extremely detail oriented and data driven
- Professional verbal and written communication skills- Follow all company policies and procedures with respect to documentation, and follow-up to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
