**About the Opportunity**:
Pacific Blue Mechanical is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced **Journeyman Plumber and Heating Technician** to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and residential plumbing and mechanical services across the Lower Mainland and have built a reputation for quality, professionalism, and integrity.

This isn’t your typical hourly position—we offer a **commission-based model** that gives you real earning power and flexibility. Our top technicians are currently earning **$70+/hour on average**, with guaranteed income support while you get settled.

**Compensation Package**:

- **33% Commission on Profit per Job** - Uncapped earning potential.
- **$3,000 Bi-Weekly Guaranteed Pay** - Provided during your first 4 months as you transition into the commission model.
- **Full-Time Workload** - We keep your schedule full with 40+ hours/week.
- **Company Vehicle** - Take-home van with fuel card and full support.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Perform plumbing and/or heating repairs, installations, diagnostics, and maintenance for both commercial and residential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain work clearly and professionally to clients.
- Accurately document job details and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Coordinate with dispatch and management to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues as they arise.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Journeyman Plumber (Red Seal preferred)** and **Class B Gasfitter certification**.
- **5+ years of experience** in plumbing and mechanical service.
- A valid **Class 5 Driver’s License** with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience with mobile job tracking tools is an asset.
