**Journeyman Plumber**:
Cima Mechanical is looking for an experienced Plumber to undertake a variety of plumbing tasks in support of high-end construction/ renovation projects.

A successful plumber must have a thorough knowledge of plumbing codes and practices. They are diligent and professional individuals with a practical mind

**Responsibilities**
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems
- Able to pull plumbing permits and foster a good working relationship with town and municipality plumbing inspectors
- Supervise and train apprentices
- Install plumbing and mechanical systems
- Daily Site cleanup
- Complete work as designated with safety in mind, Ensure WCB/ Work Safe BC and company standards are met at all times
- Manage productivity and profitability on all jobs, Maintain standards of excellence based on performance reviews

**Skills**
- Journeyman Plumber license (Red Seal Certification is required)
- 4 years of Proven experience as a plumber
- Solid understanding of water distribution and drainage/ venting systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Ability to handle standard plumbing tools and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly with a great deal of patience
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift 75 lbs, work in awkward spaces
- Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of an apprenticeship
- Valid Driver's License and have your own reliable vehicle
