Job Overview:

The successful candidate for the Journeyman/Apprentice Plumber role will have a customer-centric mindset and will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of AquaMan Plumbing and Heating Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to, installing ABS drainage systems, pex waterpipe systems, natural gas systems on new home development projects.

Journeyman/Apprentice Plumber Responsibilities:

- As a Journeyman/Apprentice Plumber, you will report directly to the Foreman, and will have overall responsibility for assisting in the day-to-day operations.

- Installing ABS drainage systems

- Installing pex waterpipe systems

- Installing natural gas systems

- Installing boilers and hot water tanks

- Layout, drilling, cutting, digging, and jackhammering

- Final fixture and trim work (finishing)

- Daily organizing and routine tidying of the work truck.

Journeyman/Apprentice Plumber Requirements:

- Prior experience in the plumbing field preferred, but not required. We are willing to sponsor and train the right apprentice who has a go-getter mentality and is eager to learn.

- Must have basic hand tools.

- Power tools will be provided by AquaMan Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

- Rides to all jobsites can be provided by meeting the work truck at the AquaMan Plumbing and Heating Ltd. headquarters each morning.

- Customer-centric mindset.

- Problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.

- Good time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Wage:

$ $50.00 Per Hour (depending on experience)
