We’re currently looking for a Marketing Manager (B2B) who values the same things we do; honest communication, excellent workmanship, providing top tier service, and taking ownership in their work. This position will report to the VP, Marketing and support the B2B Marketing team, working closely with the Brand Manager and B2C Marketing team.
The Marketing Manager B2B defines, plans, manages, and executes Marketing strategies aimed at supporting our Network Partners and Business Development teams. Furthermore, the role drives engagement with professional audiences such as architects, developers, and designers. Utilizing superior organizational and communication skills, the Marketing Manager B2B ensures alignment between Phantom’s vision and marketing programs, and develops the critical value propositions, key messages, sales tools, and marketing programs that resonate with targeted customers in the B2B channels, including influencers (developers, builders, architects, designers, etc.) and our Network Partners.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Define and implement Phantom's Marketing strategy, including the delivery of Phantom's brand story and value proposition across all marketing channels.
- Develop effective, results-oriented marketing and communications plans for all relevant channels and target audiences.
- Plan and lead the execution of channel specific campaigns to drive awareness of the Phantom brand, products and service to Professionals and Network Partners.
- Work closely with external agencies to develop research programs, gather relevant information and make recommendations to the VP, Marketing for corporate direction.
- Consistently track campaign, social and website performance to drive market insights and make program adjustments where needed.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure clarity on Phantom’s marketing strategy and communicate objectives.
- Drive new products launches through integrated Marketing campaigns and support on the Distributor websites.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching to the B2B Marketing Specialist, and direct reports.
- Contribute to the development of the annual marketing budget, monitoring expenses and project progress, and report deliverables to the Vice President, Marketing.
- Set direction on the execution of yearly Professional and Network Partner-focused channel strategies and projects within the approved annual budget parameters.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Ability to understand different target audiences from B2B/ Professional to B2C/ homeowner audiences.
- Effectively uses market research, design trends, and consumer insights to support development of effective marketing programs.
- Proven understanding and working knowledge of brand strategy, brand building, and brand management.
- The ability to interact professionally with all contacts at all levels.
- Ability to think conceptually.
- Excellent communication and grammatical skills using a variety of communication vehicles.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage tight schedules.
- Previous experience in budget management an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrated strategic planning experience; ability to build Marketing strategies and a roadmap for the marketing function including marketing plans, calendar, and budget.
- Keep current with industry trends and developments with an eye to best practices that can be applied to corporate marketing initiatives.
- A keen understanding of team dynamics and collaboration with the ability to work independently as needed.
- Able to accomplish multiple and changing priorities by appropriately structuring workflow.
- Ability to travel throughout the USA and Canada.
