**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales performance, and analyze market data.
- Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts through effective account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and product development.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on performance against targets.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement within the sales department.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $39,661.73-$99,229.01 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
