As a strategic marketing leader at Longboard Architectural Products, the Marketing Manager will craft dynamic marketing opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and elevate our brand presence in the market. You will work closely with leadership to drive growth, enhance customer loyalty, and achieve the department’s goals. In this role, you'll foster meaningful relationships across stakeholders, creating a seamless omni-channel experience that embodies Longboard’s commitment to radical client care.

**What You Will Do**:
- **Strategic Development**: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, integrating brand identity, digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, PR, packaging, and paid media campaigns.
- **Sales Growth**: Drive sales and support company-wide sales funnels, ensuring seamless client nurturing from awareness through conversion and advocacy.
- **Data-Driven Optimization**: Analyze marketing efforts, track performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize customer experiences and boost campaign effectiveness.
- **Market Exploration**: Identify new opportunities for architectural specifications in commercial and residential projects, and explore emerging markets and channels for Longboard’s products.
- **Leadership**: Shape Longboard’s brand identity, messaging, and content strategy, developing a cohesive content calendar tailored to market needs and campaign periods. You will continually experiment with variables to enhance brand visibility.
- **Brand Stewardship**: Maintain and audit Longboard’s digital presence to ensure brand consistency. Perform competitive audits and fine-tune Longboard’s brand health through digital channels.
- **Advocacy & Loyalty Programs**: Create and grow advocacy and loyalty programs, driving customer retention and referrals through ambassador initiatives and creative loyalty mechanisms.
- **Team Leadership**: Inspire and mentor a high-performing marketing team, guiding contractors, vendors, and partners to deliver creative, impactful marketing solutions for Longboard.
- **Collaborative Leadership**: Partner with the leadership team to align marketing goals with overall company objectives. Build business cases for resources, hold teams accountable, and educate internal stakeholders on program optimization.
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of experience in both traditional and digital marketing channels, including a strong focus on e-commerce and lead generation.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with a deep passion for building brand personas and creating compelling narratives.
- 8+ years of proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performance teams.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of balancing creativity with data-driven marketing approaches.
- Experienced in A/B testing and performance measurement techniques to fine-tune campaigns.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally and communicate complex marketing ideas to stakeholders.
- Must possess a humble, ego-free approach with a willingness to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
