**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with creation of proposals, introductory packages, and presentations in line with our brand guidelines
- Be an ambassador of the company both internally and externally
- Assisting and organizing in content creation for website, Newsletter, and case studies
- Assist with photography on-site and in-office, and formatting of photos for various platforms and purposes
- Work with Business Developers, Project Managers, and other departments to ensure production of correct and continued high quality of content in a timely manner
- Coordinate various tasks, often with strict deadlines
- Participate in daily meetings, in-person and via Outlook Teams
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and experience**:
1-3+ years of experience in preparing proposals with a General Contractor or in the construction industry preferred but not mandatory.

Advanced communication and writing skills.

Completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school, or a university bachelor program. (With a preference for those with Marketing, Construction Management or Communications Degrees)

Experience writing proposals and presentations.

Ability to work under demanding deadlines and work schedules.

Proficiency with Adobe Suite, MS Office, and SharePoint.

Experience with InDesign, Photoshop and Canva. Knowledge in MailChimp, Premiere Pro, Google Analytics and ExpressionEngine is preferred but not mandatory.
