This position is ideal for passionate and motivated individuals early in their professional journey who demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in mastering digital marketing.

Required: Fluency in English, Proven experience with WordPress and Canva, Background in marketing or a strong interest.

Responsibilities:

  1. SEO Content (35%)-

  2. SEO content writing/editing/proofreading- exceptional writing skills with the ability to write, edit and proofread marketing content, such as blogs, website pages, and social media posts.

  3. Technical (35%)-

  4. WordPress website management- to create and update websites using WordPress. WordPress experience includes installing/modifying/using themes, plugins, widgets, menus & pages. Experience with WIX, and SquareSpace is good to have.

  5. Using Canva to create marketing materials.
  6. Using Google Analytics
  7. Support SEO optimization

  8. Using AI tools

  9. Social media (20%)-

  10. Writing, posting, and managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok

  11. Customer support (10%)-

  12. Provide customer support for Digital Marketing Services.

  13. Team mentorship – Guide and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Work authorization in Canada (Required)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Writing, editing and proofreading across a broad range of platforms; websites, blogs, landing pages, press releases, video scripts, banners, and flyers
  • Proven experience with WordPress
  • Social media knowledge and experience
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and concepts
  • Understanding of branding, design concepts, and user experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, 100% reliable
  • You need to be able to ask questions, learn fast and demonstrate leadership

Bonus Skills:

  • Web development experience
  • Experience with graphic design
