**The team you will join**:
Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic colleague who will support the department partners in their efforts to identify and recruit the most talented individuals. Our diverse team is made up of a director and four talent acquisition partners located in Canada and in the United States. We also have the help of an external recruitment team to support the company’s growth. Is this your next challenge?

**Your role**:
This person will play an integral role in providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and participate in multiple continuous improvement projects. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Director and can be remote from anywhere in Canada.

**What your days would look like**:

- Coordinate the recruitment of third-party contract resources including the management of service agreements, approved vendors list, and statements of work
- Support new hire employee orientation and any associated preparation materials through improvements to our onboarding program
- Support the hiring process including offer letter production, and onboarding setup
Present the Medicago Ambassador training to new hires weekly or bi-weekly
- Produce and improve automation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly talent acquisition reports
- Manage and coordinate referral program payouts with payroll
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as job fairs or school presentations including booth logistics, participants, and promotional items creation and shipping
- Assist in the planning and execution of student hiring initiatives including new grad and co-op recruitment
Participate in various Talent Acquisition projects on an as-needed basis
**Required profile**:

- Must be fluently bilingual in French and English written and spoken
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, project coordination or administrative experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Suite in general
- Good problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and cut through ambiguity
- Continuous improvement mindset
