**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Connect and Engage**: Identify potential customers via cold calling, networking, and social media. Build rapport and showcase our exceptional products.
- **Sell with Integrity**: Demonstrate vehicles, address customer questions, and close sales with a friendly, no-pressure approach.
- **Exceptional Service**: Provide follow-up care, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- **Collaborate with the Team**: Contribute to a team that genuinely helps each other, from prepping cars to arranging vehicle certifications and ensuring lot organization.
- **Advertise Inventory**: Take photos, advertise vehicles, and ensure all inventory is retail-ready and attractive to buyers.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay on top of your game.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in auto sales, with a track record of success
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident negotiator who is self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Team player who thrives in a supportive, fun, and family-like atmosphere
- OMVIC certification and valid driver’s license required

Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OMVIC License (required)
