We grow fresh, great-tasting, pesticide-free leafy greens locally and sustainably, delivering superior quality products to Canada’s top grocery retailers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

**Role Overview**

The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a critical role at the intersection of sales and operations, ensuring seamless execution from purchase order to store shelf. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain experience across both sales and operations functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong store-level relationships with department managers and staff.
- Act as a trusted representative of Vision Greens, addressing in-store concerns and communicating back to the team.

Retail Execution & Compliance
- Ensure planogram compliance across key retail partners.
- Conduct store visits, track merchandising, and identify opportunities to optimize shelf presence.

Order & Invoice Management
- Manage all incoming purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Track shipments and resolve order-related discrepancies.

Sales & Operations Coordination
- Partner with operations on demand planning and forecasting to align production with customer needs.
- Support the Sales Director with reporting, data analysis, and customer updates.

Accounts Receivable
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with finance to resolve discrepancies.

**Must-Haves**
- University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional manner with demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
- Valid G-class driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required for store visits).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or accounting software is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
