**Job Description: Sales & Marketing Coordinator**

**Position**: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
**Reports to**: Director of Sales
**Location**: Hybrid (In-office and remote)
**Hours**: 20-35 hours per week (flexible, with potential for more during peak periods)
**Salary**: $22-$26 per hour (depending on experience)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proposal Drafting: Assist in preparing and drafting proposals for potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales team.
- Job Costing & Estimating: Help in calculating job costs and preparing accurate estimates.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update company social media accounts to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Marketing Efforts: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services.
- Marketing Analysis: Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Client Communication: Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries.
- CRM Management: Utilize and maintain the CRM system (HubSpot) for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
- Support Sales Team: Provide general support to the sales team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in a support role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in B2B sales (preferred).
- Knowledge of construction or construction services (highly desirable).
- Valid drivers license, clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation
