**Position Overview**
**Location**
This position is based out of Montreal (Paré street).
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to perform administrative tasks and clerical duties
- Receptionist responsibilities at front desk
- Controlling office correspondence including mail, pick-up and delivery parcels
- Coordinating office supply requisitions
- High School Degree is preferable
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Excellent in word and excel
- Possess a robust work ethic and be able to work independently, while able to thrive in a team environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mont-royal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
